Whether you are running a two day workshop, a music festival, a birthday celebration, or a business presentation, I can get the best shots of your event so you can showcase what you do to the people who need to see it the most. I shoot in a candid style, capturing real moments from the event and the people attending.

base event package.

2 hours of shooting, all post production costs, 10 day turnaround on images, 5 standalone images with immediate turnover for social media use, & license of use (full commercial).

$500.

additional hours.

For events longer than two hours, there is a competitive hourly fee which includes all post production, licensing rights for full commercial image use, and all images taken (no limit).

$200per hour

full day events.

If you are running a full day event and would like sporadic photography throughout the whole day, please get in touch for a custom quote.

how does it work?

Get in touch for a no obligation chat, so we can make sure I'm the right person to get exactly what you need.
Let me know the date and time of your event and we will book it in.
At this point, let me know if there are specific shots you want to get from the event.
I will send a contract and an invoice to you for 50% deposit.
Booking is confirmed on receipt of this deposit.
On the day of the event, I will bring all equipment needed to get the shots discussed in our initial strategy call.
I will liaise with you at the start of the event, and throughout the event, to ensure things are running smoothly.
Immediately after the event, I will send through 5 edited images to use on social media
After the event, the rest of the photos will be edited and the final invoice sent to you.
Upon payment of the invoice, all high res digital images will be sent to you within 10 days.

what do you need to know?

Shoots are not confirmed until payment of the 50% deposit has been received.
There may be a travel cost, depending on the location of the event.
I am not a wedding photographer, but can recommend some to you
If there is a dress code for your event, please tell me in advance.
